I have worked in the culinary industry since the age of 15, where I began my career at a popular dinner theater in my hometown Calgary, Canada. I honed my craft at the South Alberta Institute of Technology.
I love checking out hole in the wall resturants around the Valley of the Sun.
Getting to know what’s important to you,
and then stepping it up a notch, is what’s important to me.
I take pride in exceeding expectations. I grow a very large no pesticide garden just outside of Phoenix, which will eventually soon appear in some of our dishes at your events!
Love. love, LOVE noodles, any culture. My job is amazing and I get to work with the best people, creative, grounded, and completely out of this world talented.
Assistant Events Manager
I got my start in the hospitality world in pastries. Through high school and college I ran a bakery out of my parent’s house and fell in love with all things desserts. I had the opportunity to work weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and celebrations galore. While it’s still a hobby I hold dearly, I found my work passion in servicing the banquet functions where I once displayed my cakes. I’m fortunate enough to be able to do what I love while surrounded by an energetic and fun team.
Director of Events
Some people say they eat to live; I admit that I live to eat.
Thinking back to even my earliest memories I couldn't tell you what we wore or what was said but I can tell you about the meal we shared. I chose the hospitality industry so that I could combine two of my favorite hobbies, travel and eating, into one amazing career.
Senior Event Sales Manager
Calm, cool and collected. This is definitely not my first rodeo.
I strive for a smooth, stress free planning experience and an unforgettable, amazing event.
Every client has their own unique needs and my goal is to figure out what they are and design an event that will exceed all of your expectations.

Give me a fabulous meal, a delicious glass of vino, and great company, and I'm a happy gal! Coming from an Italian family, food has always been the thing that brought everyone together. Good food, good wine, and good friends is a well-known Italian phrase because it incorporates the best things this world has to offer. I enjoy what I do because I love food, wine and friends! As my client, you are my friend. I want to give my friends an event they won't forget with exquisite food, drinks, and great company!
I love to explore strange new foods, seek out new cuisines and new dishes, and take on the bold flavors of food items no one has eaten before! I started out cooking in my hospitality career and eventually attended and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Culinary Arts. I continued my love of food to ASU where I graduated with a Master with a focus on Creole Food Tourism.I expanded into the world of spirits and ran multiple bars throughout the Phoenix Valley and develop my mixology talent.
